Our boarding facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and secure environment where parrots can thrive in the absence of their owners. With meticulous attention to detail, our team ensures that every aspect of the boarding experience is carefully managed to meet the unique needs of each feathered guest. From spacious and well-equipped enclosures to regular cleaning schedules and enriching activities, we prioritize the well-being and happiness of every parrot entrusted to our care. Our trained staff members are dedicated to providing personalized attention, ensuring that each parrot receives the love, care, and mental stimulation they require during their stay with us.

Daily Routine:
- All water dishes are washed, disinfected, and replenished daily.
- Dry food is offered at the instruction of the customer; we are happy to follow any feeding guidelines that are provided.
- We always ensure that the dry food is offered on time and accurately.
- Fresh food (chopped vegetables and fruit) is offered daily at the approval of the customer. All fresh food is refrigerated. Fresh dishes are washed and disinfected, and removed mid-day to prevent spoilage.
- All cages are cleaned daily.
Small Parrots
Catering to a variety of parrot species including Parrolets, Conures, small cockatoos, cockatiels, Amazon Parrots, Caiques, Indian Ringnecks, Quakers, Mini Macaws, Eclectus, African Grey, and similar-sized species.

Who we are
Ever since surviving three tours in a combat zone overseas, I promised myself one thing: I would get a parrot. Returning home after my service, I faced immense challenges—grappling with isolation, depression, and the struggle to reconnect with everyday life. After careful thought, I realized a macaw could bring more than just joy and companionship into my life; it could offer me a daily challenge, enriching my routine and helping me find purpose again. That’s when I decided to take the leap and welcome a macaw into my home. Over the past 15 years, I’ve truly cherished the companionship of my macaw. This connection has been transformative, and it’s become the foundation for something larger: Jaxxa Parrot Pals. This endeavor not only symbolizes a new chapter in my journey but also represents an opportunity to build generational wealth. My children are now part of this mission, carrying forward the same love, care, and dedication that I’ve poured into it. With over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for macaws—from the brilliant Blue and Gold to the majestic Green-winged—I bring passion, patience, and deep understanding to every feathered friend.
